Traders. Builders.
A private circle.
Eleven years of markets, funding what we build and who we back. Introductions are read personally.
A small house. Many rooms.
KJWM is a small private group of traders, programmers and operators. Our background is markets and machines — human judgement sits next to our own automation at the same desk. Trading funds everything else we do: the founders we back, the games and software we build in-house, and the animal work we run entirely from group capital. No press cycle, no campaigns, no outside management. Introductions are read personally, and most seats are already spoken for.
Manual desks and our own automation — for the house, private clients, and companies.
Games on Steam, a horror co-op title in production, and software we ship in-house.
Angel cheques into founders we already know, at rounds we can genuinely help.
Two dog rescues today. Elephants in South Africa next. Dolphins in Asia to follow.
Four rooms. One standard.
Trading
Manual desks and in-house automation. The Engine Room, the record, and the staged path to full registration.
Projects
Angel cheques, games on Steam, our own horror co-op title, and software that helps people live better.
The Circle
500+ traders and builders. Live sessions three days a week and the weekly Gold Letter.
Impact
Two dog rescues fully sustained by us. Elephant rescue in South Africa by 2028. Dolphins to follow.
Two ways to trade. One standard.
Manual desks run by people who trade that market for a living, and ten automated systems written in-house. Risk is decided before the position exists — every time, both sides.
- We are not trying to make a fortune in a single blow. The mandate is to still be here, compounding, in ten years.
- Size, invalidation and exit are written before the position exists. Nothing is improvised once capital is exposed.
- We don't force a single method onto every instrument. Each desk is run by someone who trades that market for a living.
- Every trade is talked through in advance, during, and after. You are never handed a number without the reasoning.

Figures are model and backtest outputs from the current EA Central dataset — not audited, not broker-verified live results. Verified statements are shared privately on request. Logic, equity curves, trade logs and drawdown behaviour sit in the full tearsheet — walked through privately. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation or performance guarantee. Trading involves risk of loss.
Built, shipped, backed.
Trading funds the rest: games, software, founders we already know, and animals nobody else was going to pay for.
Are We There Yet?
LiveBacked Swedish indie title, shipped and selling on Steam.
A small team of friends in Sweden with a sharp idea. We funded the last stretch and stayed close through launch. It shipped, it found its audience, and it proved the thesis: good founders plus patient capital beats a big budget.

Untitled Horror Co-op
In developmentOur own game. Co-op horror, built in-house, nothing like it yet.
After backing two titles that hit, we're building our own. A co-op horror game with a mechanic that hasn't been done — designed to be played with friends and talked about afterwards. Waitlist opens before the first reveal.

ADHD Life Forward
In developmentSoftware for ADHD minds, built by people who have one.
A tool for structure without shame — planning, focus and follow-through designed around how ADHD actually behaves, not how productivity apps wish it did. Private beta by waitlist.
Angel portfolio
BackedFive years of backing good ideas run by good founders.
We back people first. If the founder is serious and the idea holds up under questioning, we move quickly and stay useful afterwards. Pitches are read personally — send one if it's real.
Two dog rescues
LiveFunded entirely by us. No donations, no campaigns.
Two shelters kept running out of trading profit. No public fundraising, no sponsor walls. It works because it isn't dependent on anyone's goodwill but ours.
Elephant rescue — South Africa
PlannedThe next one, and the one we'll document publicly.
Target 2028. A dolphin project in Asia follows. We're filming the whole build — how you actually start a rescue from zero — so the next person doesn't have to guess.
Be told first
No campaigns, no newsletters. One list per thing, one message when it matters.
Never trade alone.
500+ traders, builders and operators in one private room. We meet to trade, to learn, to build — and to be part of something bigger than a screen. Intake is selective; the waitlist is real.
The desk on screen, the reasoning out loud, the risk on the table.
Selected groups watch their own book traded live, with every decision explained.
What the market did, how we handled it, what we intend next. Written by a partner.
Learn enough to do it yourself — or prove yourself and work alongside us.
What's open right now
Three questions. One door.
Tell us where you are, what capacity you're working with, and what you're hoping to do. We'll point you at the right conversation — based on what the desk can actually take on.
We don't waste your time, so don't waste ours.
Where are you today?
Moves made in the shadows.
A meaningful share of every profit goes to our animal work. No donations, no campaigns, no merchandise — sustained entirely from group capital. We don't announce what we haven't started.
400+ dogs under private care across two operations — fully sustained by KJWM.
A differentiated approach to welfare and land, built with local partners. Waitlist open.
Rescue, rehabilitation and habitat, funded with patient capital.
Every step of building a rescue from zero, so others can follow.
Every krona for the rescues comes from trading and venture profit. It means the work moves at the pace of the book — slower, but it never stops. If you want to be on the record when the elephant rescue breaks ground, or you work in welfare, write to us.

We trade for ourselves, for private clients, and for companies. Our background is programming and AI, so human judgement and our own machines sit at the same desk.
No greed. No single blow. Consistency, calculated risk, and care — forever. Money is the tool. Building the circle is the point.
Spots are limited. The door isn't.
Trading mandate, a pitch, a seat in The Circle, or the elephant rescue waitlist — one form, one inbox. Read personally, replied to personally.
We don't waste your time, so don't waste ours.
Not yet. Today we manage capital under private mandate while we walk a staged path to full hedge-fund registration. We'll say so plainly the day that changes. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation.
Serious individuals, family capital, and companies — by introduction. Most seats already sit with people we know, but if you'd like a read on current capacity, write to us.
We don't publish positions or returns. Current capacity, recent results, and where the desk can add weight are shared privately, in writing, after a short conversation.
Traders at any level, and builders who want to sit near capital. Starters are welcome — so are experts with their own edge. The only filter is seriousness. It is not a signals group.
